121 Columbia St #1-Quiet first floor apartment on South Hill, about four blocks from the Ithaca Commons. This is the entire first floor of the house, with a full living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a study. At the rear is a large back yard (very large by Ithaca standards!) Overall, this is one of our largest two bedroom apartments. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a child, as one bedroom is much larger than the other. Hardwood floors throughout. The price is unfurnished but furniture is available for a fee. One off-street parking space is included at no extra cost. Tenants only pay a small electric bill
